Wenn ich aber schon von Westen nach Moab kommen sollte, warum dann nicht noch einmal beim Capitol Reef NP vorbeischauen? Kann ich also ohne Wenn und Aber empfehlen. Und kaum ein wenig gefahren, schon hat man den ersten Ausblick auf das Reef:<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/DSCF2618_re5B25D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"> <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">N\u00e4her dran sieht man die steil aufragenden Formationen:<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/DSCF2634_re5B25D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"> <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Dieses Jahr ist in Utah die H\u00f6lle los. Es scheint wohl kein Wohnmobil zu geben, da\u00df nicht hier ist. Die \u00f6ffentlichen Campingpl\u00e4tze sind unter der Woche schon mittags ausgebucht und selbst auf kleinen RV Parks geht es voll zu. Keine Ahnung aus welchen Ecken die alle kriechen. Und RVs wie am folgenden Bild sind noch die kleinen:<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/DSCF2642_re5B25D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"> <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Wir haben uns wieder entschlossen, die Scenic Route zu nehmen. Da k\u00f6nnen die meisten RVs wegen ihrer Gr\u00f6\u00dfe nicht hin. Wenigstens da nicht. Daf\u00fcr sieht man viele Cabrios wie dieses:<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/DSCF2653_re5B25D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"> <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Auf der gravel road ist immer noch viel Verkehr, aber es geht dann schon langsam wieder:<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/DSCF2667_re5B25D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"> <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Der enge Canyon ist wirklich sch\u00f6n und es sollte keiner daran vorbeifahren. Das bi\u00dfchen Staubschlucken \u00fcberlebt jeder (man beachte die Gr\u00f6\u00dfenverh\u00e4ltnisse zum Auto hinten auf der Stra\u00dfe):<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/DSCF2681_re5B25D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"> <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Zum Teil geht es auch sehr eng zu:<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/DSCF2683_re5B25D.jpg\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\"> <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Am Ende der asphaltierten Scenic Route gibt es einen Picknickplatz. Wie wir zum ersten mal daran vorbeigefahren sind, war der vollkommen ausgebucht. Bei der R\u00fcckfahrt waren wir die einzigen und alle waren auf der Gravel Road. Einteilung ist eben alles. Die Aussicht vom Picknickplatz ist jedenfalls auch nicht zu verachten:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/DSCF2690_re5B25D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/DSCF2692_re5B25D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"> <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Die Fahrt zum Highway kann lange werden, wenn man dauernd f\u00fcr Fotos stehenbleibt. Aber damit sollte man rechnen:<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/DSCF2696_re5B25D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"> <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Ich habe schon vor einiger Zeit geschrieben, da\u00df ich nicht glaube, da\u00df dunkelblau metallic eine gute Farbe f\u00fcr mein Mietauto ist. Inzwischen hat es sich aber ohnehin der Umgebung angepa\u00dft:<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/DSCF2710_re5B25D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"> <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Noch ein letzter Blick auf das Reef und schon war wieder ein herrlicher Besuch im Capitol Reef NP zu Ende. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/DSCF2719_re5B35D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"> <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Die weitere Fahrt nach Moab verlief ohne besondere Vorkommnisse und am n\u00e4chsten Tag wurde es wirklich anstrengend: Zwei gro\u00dfe NPs an einem Tag.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ja ich war erst letztes Jahr dort und hatte so meine Erfahrungen mit dem dortigen Campingplatz.
