Es geht aber viel leichter, wenn man im Auto sitzen kann und am Abend ein Motel hat.<\/p>\n<p> <iframe loading=\"lazy\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/d\/embed?mid=1XfGgnrjGzikIcJjYFqu8jeyhg7A\" width=\"640\"><\/iframe>  <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Die Nacht war ziemlich kalt und die Hoffnung, da\u00df uns die Sonne in der Fr\u00fch aufw\u00e4rmt und weckt wurde nicht so wirklich erf\u00fcllt. Aber f\u00fcr einige Momente streifte die Sonne den Devils Tower. Bei meinem <a href=\"http:\/\/chbwien.blogspot.com\/2015\/09\/der-prariehundtag-oder-devils-tower-nm.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">letzten Besuch 2015<\/a> war das Wetter besser aber so ist es auch nicht schlecht: die Aussicht vom Zelt.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1180805_HDR2_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"678\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1180811_HDR_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"681\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Der Weg zum National Monument ist wirklich kurz, denn unser Zelt lag am Zaun quasi an. In der Nacht haben uns Rehe besucht und haben das Zelt gestupst. Neugierde. Aber trotzdem hatten wir einige Stopps, bevor wir zum Tower kamen. Zun\u00e4chst ist da die Schwarzschwanz Pr\u00e4riehund Stadt.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1180817_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1180824_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1180823_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Dann kamen wir an Rehen (mitten auf der Stra\u00dfe) und Truth\u00e4hnen vorbei.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1180828_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Leider hat uns ab da die Sonne nicht mehr so lieb gehabt und sie verzog sich. Trotzdem haben wir den Tower zu Fu\u00df umrundet. F\u00fcr mich neu waren die bunten T\u00fccher \u00fcberall in den B\u00e4umen. Dies sind laut Aushang Gebetst\u00fccher, da der Tower f\u00fcr die Ureinwohner heilig ist.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1180830_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1180832_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1180836_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u00dcberraschend findet man beim Tower die roten europ\u00e4ischen Eichh\u00f6rnchen, nicht die grauen amerikanischen.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1180842_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1180850_HDR_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"681\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Am Weg raus mu\u00dften wir wieder durch die Prariedog Town durch. Und siehe da, da geht ein Wanderweg durch. Sie pfeifen sie zwar an, aber sie kommen auch betteln. Wenn gleich auch nur dann, wenn man seinen Garten nicht mag, denn die H\u00fcgel sind schon beachtlich.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1180889_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">20mi weiter kam die Sonne wieder raus; nat\u00fcrlich nicht beim Tower. Das hatten wir ja schon einen Tag zuvor. Aber was soll\u2019s, so war die Fahrt auf der I90 wenigstens nicht langweilig. Vorallem, weil Wolken rumzogen.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/DSC_3497_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/DSC_3499_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Nach den ersten Schauern ging es runter von der I90, auf die normalen Highways.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1180893_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Es ging sehr bald sehr steil bergauf. Ups. Nur die vagabundierenden Wolken waren ein wenig einsch\u00fcchternd.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1180968_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1180972_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1180986_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">TomTom hat wieder einige Abk\u00fcrzungen eingebaut, die ein wenig \u00fcberrascht haben. Aber zum Gl\u00fcck wei\u00df TomTom ja, wo man fahren kann. Zum Beispiel auch mitten in eine riesige Gewitterwolke.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1180999_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Und mitten im heftigen Regen kam die n\u00e4chste Abk\u00fcrzung. Nur dieses mal, endete es auf einer Schotterstra\u00dfe. Der Name: R5\u00bd. Also ab in den Matsch (es regnete ja heftig).<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1190006_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/P1190008_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Ich gebe zu, wenn man sich das auf der Karte ansieht, dann ist der Weg k\u00fcrzer. Aber scheinbar glaubt da jemand, die Stra\u00dfe ist asphaltiert\u2026 Ich kann das Gegenteil beweisen.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Der Regen hat kurz vor Cody aufgeh\u00f6rt und es sah genial aus, wie sich die Sonne durch die Wolken geschoben hat. Man k\u00f6nnte dort auch auf einem KOA zelten, der hat schon vor einer Woche die Wintersperre beendet, aber der Boden war na\u00df und nach dem Gewitter war es k\u00fchl. Was f\u00fcr ein Gl\u00fcck, da\u00df wir ein Motel reserviert hatten.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/DSC_3504_re255B2255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Da war die K\u00e4lte nicht so wichtig wie sonst im Zelt. Die Vorhersage blieb btw immer noch stabil: Wolkenloses Wetter f\u00fcr die kommenden drei Tage in Yellowstone.
