Schnell war das Zimmer ger\u00e4umt und es ging zum Auto. Faszinierend wie unentspannt in Las Vegas die Leute sind: Sie fahren durch die Garage mit Vollgas, quietschenden Reifen und die Hupe ist fast so wichtig wie in Frankreich. Wir sind zum Circus Circus gefahren (weil wir endlich wu\u00dften wie man aus der Garage wieder raus kommt) und haben das Buffet geentert. Immer noch hervorragend und im Vergleich zu den den anderen g\u00fcnstig. Beim verlassen der Stadt haben wir noch schnell einen Albertsons geentert und schon ging es zum Hoover Dam.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Die Abfahrt zum Lake Mead ist immer noch h\u00fcbsch. Nur zum ersten mal war es eher k\u00fchl als kochend hei\u00df. 22\u00b0C halt:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/8699a327-0a1f-4706-b507-a139906b6043.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"649\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Dann die \u00dcberraschung: Eine riesige Br\u00fccke f\u00fchrt jetzt \u00fcber den Damm, der Damm ist nur f\u00fcr Besucher und Touristen gedacht. Na auch gut. Man mu\u00df sich auch noch einer Security Kontrolle stellen, wir waren aber amerikanisch genug und wurden nach einem \u2018hello\u2019 schon durchgewunken. Die Parkpl\u00e4tze auf der Nevadaseite sind immer noch kostenpflichtig, also gleich unter der Br\u00fccke durch (die ist gigantisch) \u00fcber den Damm:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/P1070013_re25255B225255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"632\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/P1070015_re25255B225255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"632\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Auf der Arizonaseite haben wir auf dem ersten Parkplatz gleich Platz gefunden. Es ist ja doch Nebensaison.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/DSCF1662_1664_re25255B325255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"447\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Viel Wasser ist aber derzeit nicht aufgestaut. Und das NACH der Regenzeit? Man mu\u00df also wieder alles zur\u00fcckfahren und \u00fcber die Br\u00fccke. Sehr seltsam und der Stau im Sommer ist vorprogrammiert:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/b1516352-750c-411c-933e-c029c6d7b8d1.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Also alles zur\u00fcck und \u00fcber die Br\u00fccke. Die Strecke bis zur I40 ist fad wie eh und je. Kein Wunder, wenn das zu einem Nachmittagsschlaf einl\u00e4dt:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/P1070024_re25255B225255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"740\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/P1070028_re25255B225255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Auf der I40 wurden die Wolken immer dichter und vorallem immer DUNKLER. Wir haben also per sms zuhause nach dem Wetterbericht der Gegend gefragt und (DANKE!) trotz der fortgeschrittenen Stunde in Krut (nach Mitternacht) wurde uns geholfen. Beim Grand Canyon 12 Grad Tagesh\u00f6chstwert und Frost in der Nacht ist nicht lustig, dazu Regen. nein, da wollten wir nicht mitspielen. Also schnell umdisponiert und runter Richtung I10 abgek\u00fcrzt.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/P1070024_re25255B525255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"740\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/P1070028_re25255B525255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Da sah es zun\u00e4chst gut aus, bis die Aussicht so aussah:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/P1070032_re25255B225255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"648\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Zum Gl\u00fcck drehte die Stra\u00dfe aber schnell ab und au\u00dfer ein paar Tropfen hat uns nichts erwischt. Kurz vor dem Campingplatz in Black Canyon City sah es schon sehr freundlich aus:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/P1070033_re25255B225255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"584\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.chbworld.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/P1070036_re25255B225255D.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"729\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Der Campingplatz ist sehr nett, und mit 23$ auch noch sehr g\u00fcnstig. Da werden wir sicher wieder kommen. Und das Wetter? \u00dcber den Bergen zun\u00e4chst noch Wolken, aber jetzt beim Berichtschreiben im Freien schon sternenklar und keine Wolke in Sicht.
